Webbie's Mechanical started in 2018 in a 150 square metre shed in Maddington. Scott and Jade Webb built it on one idea: bring back knowledgeable, caring service, the kind where the person at the counter understands your vehicle and gives you a straight answer.

Word spread. Today the workshop is in Welshpool, looking after trucks for customers from Perth to Karratha, Darwin and Queensland, across makes like Kenworth, Volvo, Scania and Isuzu.

A question we kept hearing

As the business grew, friends, family and customers kept asking the same thing: can you show me the basics on my own car?

That's how Her Car Confidence began. Same workshop, same belief, turned toward everyday drivers.

What that looks like now

We run hands-on workshops that teach the basics in plain English. You work on a real car and learn how to check your fluids, change a tyre, read a warning light, and tell a job you can do yourself from one that needs a mechanic.

We're proud of both sides of what we do: keeping trucks on the road, and helping drivers understand their own cars.
